To Muslims

Discovering ʿĪsā (Jesus) as the Living Word of God who brings us to the Father.

Greeting

Dear friends,

With respect and love, we share what the Gospel says about ʿĪsā al-Masīḥ (Jesus the Messiah) — that through Him we come to know the Father, the Lord of all creation. The Bible reveals that Jesus is not only a prophet but the living Word of God sent from heaven. Through Him, God offers forgiveness, peace, and eternal life.

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
— John 14 :6

Who Jesus Is

Jesus is called in both the Bible and, by many Muslims, Kalimatullāh — the Word of God. He was born of a virgin by the Spirit of God, lived without sin, healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and raised the dead. No other prophet did such works by His own word and authority.

“The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called the Son of God.”
— Luke 1 :35

He is more than a messenger — He is the One through whom God revealed His mercy and truth. He said:

“The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
— Mark 10 :45

The prophets foretold that the Messiah would suffer for our sins and then be raised to life. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus opened the way back to God.

“Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and was raised on the third day.”
— 1 Corinthians 15 :3–4

The Way to the Father

God is one — the Creator of heaven and earth. He has no equal, partner, or rival. In His mercy, He sent His Word — His Son — as the Mediator who brings us to the Father.

“For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
— 1 Timothy 2 :5

Jesus said He came from the Father and would return to Him. He did not seek power or wealth, but offered His life for our forgiveness. No one took His life from Him — He gave it willingly out of love.

“No one takes My life from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord.”
— John 10 :18

He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world — not through rituals, but through the sacrifice of Himself, once for all.

“God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
— John 3 :16

Truth and the Day of Judgment

Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment. Jesus also spoke of that Day — and He said something astonishing:

“The Father has entrusted all judgment to the Son.”
— John 5 :22

This means that God has appointed Jesus to judge all nations, because He alone is sinless and perfectly reflects God's justice and mercy. When Jesus returns — as many Islamic traditions also affirm — He will come not merely as a teacher, but as the Judge of all mankind.

“They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”
— Matthew 24 :30

The Heart of the Message

Our good deeds, though important, cannot erase our sins. Only the mercy of God through the Messiah can cleanse us completely. That is why the Gospel says:

“Whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not be judged, but has crossed over from death to life.”
— John 5 :24

Jesus invites every heart:

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11 :28

He offers not fear, but peace; not uncertainty, but assurance.

“My peace I give you; not as the world gives.”
— John 14 :27

Invitation

The Qur'an itself honors Jesus as the Messiah, born of a virgin, and without sin. Ask yourself: why is He different from every other prophet? The Bible answers: because He is the image of the invisible God, the Word made flesh — the One who perfectly reveals the Father.

Read the Gospels with an open heart. Ask the God of Abraham to show you the truth about His Messiah. He promises to guide those who seek Him sincerely.

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
— John 8 :32

The invitation of Jesus is personal and full of love. He said:

“Whoever believes in Me has eternal life.”
— John 6 :47

May the peace of God — Salām from the Most High — fill your heart as you seek Him in truth. Through His Messiah, He calls you not to another religion, but to Himself — the living Father who loves you and waits for you.

Would you explore what the Injīl says about ʿĪsā (Jesus)?

We'd be honored to read the Gospel accounts with you and consider who Jesus is and what He taught — seeking truth before God with respect and sincerity.
